1.0 Pre-Purchase Survey - (Condition and Value)
A Pre-Purchase survey is a thorough, non-destructive inspection of the vessel's structural and cosmetic condition, as well as all systems. This survey results in a comprehensive report on the vessel's condition and provides a fair market value, which can also be utilized for obtaining insurance or financing.
